This website is operated by HELVETII Clothing Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HELVETII Clothing Ltd. The term “you” and “your” refers to the user of our website.

By accessing or using our website you agree to be bound by, and comply with, all of the terms and conditions set out by HELVETII Clothing Ltd on our website. If you do not agree with or accept any of the terms and conditions, you should stop using our website immediately.

We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions at any time.

GENERAL SHOPPING AND PRICING

When placing an order on our site, you agree that all information given by you is accurate and complete.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and most other major credit and debit cards. Billing will appear on your statement as “HELVETIICLOTHING”.

Please make sure that you read and check your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to correct your order or delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to rectify the situation and make the appropriate amendments to your order prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed and dispatched.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Availability information for products is listed on each individual item description.

If you place an order for an item(s) that is available for pre-order, your credit or debit card will be charged at this point for the full value of the goods. Please note that the dispatch dates shown on pre-order items are as accurate as possible and are updated regularly; however, until those items are at HELVETII Clothing HQ dates are subject to change.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order value unless otherwise stated.

Our prices shown on each item exclude delivery. Please see our ‘Shipping and Returns’ page (HYPERLINK) for a list of delivery prices.

 

DELIVERY

All orders are usually dispatched within two working days. Please note that orders will only be dispatched if payment has been cleared.

All orders are currently sent via Royal Mail only. For all information and prices on our delivery service with Royal Mail, please see our ‘Shipping and Returns’ page (HYPERLINK).

All orders are sent to the delivery address provided by you when placing your order.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us advising that we are in receipt of and are now processing your order. Please note that this email is not confirmation that the item(s) you have ordered is guaranteed to be in stock or that your order can be fulfilled. We try to make sure our stock levels are always up to date, but sometimes errors do occur. If the item(s) you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible. We cannot be liable or responsible for any loss occurring because the item(s) you ordered is not in stock.

You will receive a second email when your order has been dispatched. This email will include a tracking number (for tracked delivery only).

Please ensure that you check your junk and spam folders for our email notifications.

Please note that delivery times are only an estimation and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimated date provided.

Once you are in receipt of your order, you are responsible for the item(s).

Unless you and we agree otherwise, if we are unable to deliver your item(s) within 30 days of placing your order, we will let you know, cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT). Please note that we are not responsible for these costs, nor are they included within our shipping costs. We would recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. Please also note that international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT/EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION

As briefly outlined within our ‘Shipping and Returns’ page, we ask that you notify us of your intention to cancel your order the same date of placing your order.

If we receive your notification to cancel your order after the item(s) has been dispatched, we will have to process your request as a return. For further information on our returns policy, please see our ‘Shipping and Returns’ page (HYPERLINK).

If it is your intention to cancel your order, as mentioned already, we would recommend emailing info@helvetiiclothing.com the same day as you placed your order. Please add the term ‘Order Cancellation’ and your order confirmation number in the subject line of your email to us, and ensure all order details, including your order confirmation number, are included within the message.

If you cancel your order after the item(s) has been dispatched or received by you, you must either refuse the item(s) when delivery is attempted or accept the delivery and return the item(s) to us.

 

NON-DELIVERY

It is your responsibility to notify us if your item(s) has not been delivered within 21 days (UK) or 35 days (International) of the estimated delivery date.

If we do not receive a notification from you within this time frame, you shall be deemed to have received your order.

 

FAULTY GOODS

If the item(s) you receive is faulty, please email us at info@helvetiiclothing.com.

We ask that you include pictures of the faulty item(s) which clearly show the fault. In some cases, we may need to inspect the fault in person before we can issue a refund or exchange.

If we can assess that your item is faulty from your email and pictures, we will arrange for free postage back to our office and dispatch your replacement free of charge.

We are all human and mistakes can happen, especially when manufacturing items in large quantities. If you do receive a faulty item(s), we will aim to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

 

DISPUTES

We will try to deal with any disputes quickly and efficiently.

 

THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

No one other than a party to this contract has any right to enforce any terms of this contract.

 

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Discounts make people smile, and people smiling make us happy.

For that reason, we sometimes offer discount or promotion (promo) codes which give you certain percentage price reductions or free shipping.

Please note that, unless stated otherwise, discounts or promo codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promo code, nor are they valid for purchase of sale items.

If a discount or promo code is available for orders over a certain amount, that amount does not include shipping.

These codes can also not be added into an order retrospectively. Nor can prices during sales periods be applied to previous purchases. Discount and promo codes and sale items are only applicable to in-stock items while supplies last and are subject to change.

To redeem a discount or promo code, you can enter it into the coupon code box on the cart or checkout pages.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are found to be ‘coupon stacking’ or using an unauthorised coupon.

We also reserve the right to withdraw or cancel discount and promotional codes at any time.

FREE DELIVERY: Unless otherwise stated, all free delivery and free returns promotions are limited to UK addresses only. Free delivery applies to UK standards delivery only.

 

CONFORMITY OF GOODS

We take care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this site are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.

Please also note that while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system you are using.

APPLICABLE LAW
